Now, books on Bhardwaj's 'Maqbool', 'Omkara', 'Haider'


Mumbai, Sep 16 (IANS): The scripts of critically acclaimed filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj's "Maqbool”, “Omkara” and "Haider" will now be published in book form.

Bhardwaj, who has a fascination for Shakespeare's work, adapted three of his plays into films - his “Maqbool” was an adaptation of “Macbeth”, “Omkara” of “Othello” and now his forthcoming film Haider is the big screen adaptation of “Hamlet”.

Harper Collins will publish the scripts of the trilogy, said a statement.
