Mangalore, Sep 26: Bunder police inspector Vinay Gaonkar and Barke sub-inspector Pawan Kumar who had been suspended with regard to a property dispute case have been reinstated.
Though the order has been issued on Monday September 25, it is not yet known as where they will be appointed. While Srinvas has already been appointed inspector to Bunder police station, Barke sub-inspector's post is still pending. Right now both Gaonkar and Pawan Kumar are without any appointment.
Both of them were suspended for allegedly arresting a person called Rony with regard to the Jangama Math property issue. Rony had complained with the home ministry that he was innocent and was trapped in the case by cops.
