Mangalore, Sep 18: Applications are invited for the tenth year Pingara Rajyotsava Awards.
Persons who were born in Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Kasargod districts and those who have made a name at the local, state, national or international level in any field are eligible and can apply for the awards.
Application can be sent by self or others on behalf of the achiever. Under the guidance of the Bishop of Mangalore Dr Aloysius Paul D'souza, a jury team will scrutinise the applications and will declare awardee. The award ceremony will be held on November 11 at Don Bosco Hall in the city in which Dr Aloysius Paul D'souza will honour the awardee.
