Sunny Saturday in Delhi, warm Sunday likely


New Delhi, Sep 20 (IANS): The national capital experienced a sunny Saturday while the maximum temperature settled two notches above the season's average at 36.2 degrees Celsius. Sunday could be partially cloudy but as warm, the Met Office said.

"The sky will be partly cloudy tomorrow (Sunday) and the day would be warm," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 36 and 25 degrees Celsius.

Saturday morning was sunny and the minimum temperature settled at 26 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.

The day's maximum humidity was recorded at 82 percent.

Friday's maximum temperature settled two notches above the season's average at 36.3 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperatures was 25.3 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
