Mangalore, Oct 1: The Department of Science, St Agnes College will organize a two-day South Zone inter-collegiate Science Fest ‘Velocis 06’ from October 3.

The department has stated that the event aims at developing scientific temperament which is lacking in Science students.

A B Shetty college of Dental Sciences dean U S Krishna Nayak will inaugurate the programme. The valedictory programme will be held on Oct 4. Lions Club International Multiple Council Chairman Kripa Amar Alva will be the chief guest.
