Mangalore, Oct 14: The Corps of Detectives (CoD) will investigate the two murders that occurred during the recent riots in the district.
The team has already arrived in the city. Led by deputy inspector-general of police Sanjay Sahai, the team includes the superintendent of police, two deputy superintendents and other police staff.
The state government had instructed the CoD to take up the investigation. The team has already visited the places where the murders had taken place.
