Nita Ambani invited to US cancer institute board

Mumbai, Oct 30 (IANS): Reliance Foundation chairperson Nita Ambani has been invited to join the board of visitors at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Centre, as it leads the global fight against this killer disease and in helping affected families.

According to a statement issued by the foundation, the Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital run by it here, which was re-dedicated to Mumbai by Prime Minister Narendra Modi last week, already has a tie-up with the MD Anderson Cancer Centre.
