Thank you Mr. J.R. Lobo for the interest evinced by you to make road travel comfortable. However by all means do something about foot paths which in some places are death traps.

    Thank you.

I travel through this road at times and I am amazed at the apathy of this road,, for its inhabitants the most powerful of Mangalore have not been reciprocative to have demanded a earlier repair. The road level is so low even the sewage overflows since the water table is at ground level at Moon soon. Also None of the affluent guys are so affluent that their mega size car can barely squeeze through this road coz the superrich people are meagerly with gifting some land for road widening.

I appreciate the work taken up. But I really feel sad on the end result.
1.The work is usually carried out with low quality or no quality at all.
2.The edges of the roads are kept steep with a big level difference between the road and the shoulders. The perfect example is the road leading to Kadri Kambla from Bhattagudda. This might result in fatal accidents.
3.No proper drainage system taken into consideration while designing the roads.
    4.No road markings made.
5.The road bumps are so high that a vehicle with low ground clearance has no option but to give a hard time to the driver.
6.Trucks and buses are allowed to move on the fast lane without proper guidance to the driver as to overtake on which lane.
7.Honking by the bus drivers has made the city so noisy and at some point the bus driver may surely take the beatings due to a bad tempered driver.
8.All the sides of the roads are either covered up with the garbage or a wild bush growing besides making it difficult for the drivers to navigate the turns.
I hope these comments reach the politicians who are always busy posing, inaugurating the showrooms and the townships by private developers.

So shameful to see that Mr. Lobo, also is an opportunistic Photo shoot aspirant. Please fill the potholes in the CONCRETE ROADS first. L H H road itself should be an example for the MCC shoddy work samples. Concrete Roads are even more prone to ruptures and breakages due to extreme temperatures. They need to be protected with a coat of asphalt for longevity. I would like to know name of the idiot who certified that concrete roads would not have potholes!!!!!

The concrete work for KSRTC to Kontikan junction completed 4 years back and no drainage system is constructed. Also we can see potholes near KSRTC itself. Don't just concertize the roads, do quality work. 1.3 Crores is sanctioned and only 40 lakhs will be used in constructions and rest will be used to purchase brand new cars to all the people one who given the contract to the contractor...!!When this system changes?? ache din really come?
