    when police arrests a criminal/underworld goon, only two reasons..

    1. there is a threat to his life and somebody is up to finish him off and he is in danger, so cop come to his rescue and give full secuirty , via JAIL..

    2. Or this gang is planning to eliminate someone from rival group, and they have full plan and to get away from the direct allegations they have move to JAIL in full limelight, so that they will be saved...!! how safe, when cops themseleves will give witness that, acccused was in their custody priori..

    this is normal practice... now it has to be seen, if they have taken him fro preventive custody.. what sequence follows... :-D

    Congrats to our police force who are working without external political pressure.Goondas irrespective of their religious or political affiliations should be jailed.

    I wonder what do our Sanghi sympathisers have to say about this issue now.

    Karnataka government is taking the right step in enforcing law & order which was destroyed when BJP was ruling karnataka.

    Don't look at their Names or Religion. Of late some goondas are genuinely booked under goonda act. {Irrespective of Religion}

    This action will reduce the crime.

    There should be similar act for genuine rape cases, and also allegations put by some ladies on men as rape, both should be booked under same act.

    I bet the menace of rapes will disappear.

    Long Live Law and Order. Long Live Democracy. Jai Bharat.

    Mr. Lingappa Khan, If Ramantah Rai does it, we will make sure that he will never win any other elections in our constituency.
    Can you please tell me why some RSS/Chaddi/BD thugs were protesting against a criminal 3 days before who was booked under the same act?

    Mohammed,I am not a descendent of the Khan dynasty that ruled India, hence not a Khan. On the protest, I dont know nor do I care. All I wanted to say who ever however big is the culprit has to be punished by the law of the land, There should not be intervention by any political leaders,, like we saw in the airport few months back.

    Mr. Lingappa, Why didn't i see your comment on the article where Chaddis where protesting against Police Dept for arresting a criminal under same act? Mate you look in to the religion of accused and start to bash government whereas you keep mum on any incident where RSS/Chaddi/BD thugs gets arrested. That shows your Hypocrisy. Grow up beyond bashing khangress please!
