Mangalore, Nov 9: Well-known building contractor Rama Dandekeri (58) from Yeyyadi passed away here on Wednesday after a brief illness.
Besides being a reputable contractor, he had served as vice president of Shri Rama Bhajana Mandir, Yeyyadi, member of the governing board of Shri Ramashraya School and was an active member of the Ganiga Sangha.
He had also donated generously to various social and worthy causes.
He is survived by wife, two sons and two daughters.
