The diocese of Shimoga nurtured by the first Bishop Ignatius Pinto & Bishop Gerald Lobo is now in the safe hands of the Shepherd Bishop Francis Serrao who is cautious zealous and has a vision to take Shimoga diocese forward in faith formation and education. Bishop Francis like the Pope is a down to earth person. Shimoga diocese is blessed with such a Bishop. Congratulations Dear Bishop and my wishes for many celebrations to come your way.
