Paris, Nov 24 (IANS): Marseille have climbed to the top of the French league after rallying to beat Bordeaux 3-1. With the victory, they now enjoy a one-point lead over Paris Saint-Germain.
Bordeaux striker Thomas Toure opened the account at the 55th minute but Marseille midfielder Mario Lemina headed in an equalizer in the 60th, reports Xinhua.
Andre-Pierre Gignac gave Marseille the lead by heading home in the 85th before Michy Batshuayi nailed Marseille's victory in the 89th minute Sunday.
Montpellier downed Toulouse 2-0 as Nantes and Saint-Etienne fought to a goalless draw.
