Mangalore, Nov 17: A workshop on legal awareness was held on the occasion of the National Legal Literacy Day under the aegis of the District Legal Services Authority, Bar Assocation and Karavali College at Karavali College auditorium on Thursday Nov 16.


 

The inaugurator district and sessions additional judge H S Sandesh speaking on the occasion said that legal aspects must be studied and knowing ones parameters is essential to avert any violation which leads to punishment.




Advocate Udayanand who was present on the occasion said that law advocates justice, equality, but it is a tragic that the modern world violates legal provision with impunity.
