SYDNEY, Nov 21: An Indian cafe owner in Darwin, Australia, was allegedly harassed and assaulted up local youth.
 
Bobbi Bali, the owner of Cafe Kashmir in Nightcliff, told police the group taunted him, saying, "Ring the police, ring".
 
There has been a spate of property crimes and assaults in this quiet suburb of Darwin, all blamed on gangs of youths, according to the Australian newspaper.
 
Recently, many Indians living in the south Australian city of Adelaide were beaten in a series of attacks by youth gangs that were racially motivated.
 
Local Nightcliff shopkeepers are planning to take things into their hands after the police failed to arrest the gang members
