Mumbai, Nov 22:
The designated TADA court here, which is delivering judgement in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case on a day-to-day basis, has granted permission to Bollywood actor and accused Sanjay Dutt to leave the metropolis and visit Delhi to meet his counsel, senior lawyer Rajinder Singh.

Dutt's lawyer here, Farhana Shah, had yesterday moved an application before the court seeking permission for her client to visit Delhi to discuss the legal matters with senior lawyer Rajinder Singh.

The court has allowed Dutt to visit Delhi during the period commencing today until November 24. However, while granting the permission, the court had said the actor should not misuse the liberty, and he should not try to contact any absconding accused in the blasts case either physically or telephonically.

The designated court here is expected to deliver its judgement on Dutt and 21 other blast accused soon. The court has already delivered its judgement on 123 accused of whom 79 have been held guilty while 22 others have been acquitted.
