Mangalore, Nov 23:
The sixth Saroj Madhu Kala Utsav organized by Sarojini Madhusudan Kushe High School will be held from Nov 24 in the school.

The utsav which is an annual event brings together young talents from various high schools of the district.

Speaking to press persons on Wednesday principal of the college K K Upadhyaya said that the Tumkur Rajarajeshwari Nritya Kala Mandir Assistant Director Satyavathi Suresh  and Vijaya Karanataka Mangalore Resident Editor U K Kumarnath will be present at the inauguration ceremony.

Around 2,000 students from around 100 schools are likely to participate in the event. Children from Udupi distict will also join, he added.

Several competitions will be held during the three days which will include events like Bharatanatyam, Eastern Solo, Eastern Group, Krishna Sara, Bhajans, Drawing competition and Rangoli competition.
