Panaji, Nov 24: The 37th International Film Festival of India was inugurated on Thursday evening by veteran Bollywood actor Shashi Kapoor in the presence of union information and broadcast minister Priyaranjan Dasmunshi along with silver screen stars Vidya Balan, Anil Kapoor, Venkatesh, Prasannajeet, film-maker Boney Kapoor, Goa chief minister Pratapsingh Rane and others.
