Mysore, Nov 27: Supremo H D Deve Gowda's grandson (Chief minister H D Kumaraswamy's son) owns a motorbike worth Rs. 23 lakh!

"Deve Gowda did not possess a car in 1978 and used to travel in mine. Now, there are three luxury cars in the premises of his house, worth over Rs. 1 crore each. There are five other cars in the range of Rs. 25 to Rs. 50 lakh. His assets today is worth about Rs. 2,000 crore", alleged former MLC A.K. Subbaiah.

Raining allegations against the family of Deve Gowda at a press meet held here on Friday, Subbaiah recalled "when he was the leader of the opposition in 1978, Deve Gowda used to tag on with me in my car and he had purchased a second-hand car for party work. Now his assets has swelled by leaps and bounds which is definitely not earned by selling potatoes! My legal profession and agriculture are earning bread for me even today unlike Deve Gowda".
