Islamabad, Dec 17 (IANS): Pakistan Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif left for Afghanistan's capital Kabul Wednesday to meet the top Afghan military and political leadership, media reported.

Accompanied by the director general of Inter-Services Intelligence, General Sharif will meet Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani and International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) commander General John Campbell, tweeted Asim Bajwa, director general of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
