Jaipur, Dec 16: Former BCCI chief Jagmohan Dalmiya was on Saturday expelled by the Board at a Special General Body meeting in Jaipur.

He was expelled for embezzling funds during the 1996 World Cup.

Dalmiya, who is also the President of the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB), had moved the Madras High Court seeking a stay on the meeting, but his application was rejected earlier on Friday.
