Mangalore, Dec 18: With the arrest of two more persons in connection with Sukhanand Shetty murder case of Mulki, the total number of arrested persons has gone upto 9. All of them have been produced before the court.
Attavar residents Abdul Khadar Ali alias Khadar (32) and Adul Aziz were arrested by the special team of police which has been investigating the case. Both the arrested were involved arranging finance for the prime accused in the murder and had even helped them to flee the place later.
Abdul Aziz is the owner of Hotel South India at Attavar. The investigation has revealed that he had provided the killers with money before and after the murder. He had even maintained contacts with them after they fled. Abdul Khadar Ali alias Khadar too is working in a mutton stall at Central Market area and he too had been involved in financing the killers.
