Ayodhya, Jan 3: The VHP today asserted that a grand temple will be constructed at the disputed Ram Janmabhoomi site here ''at any cost''.
"...whether it is a BJP or any other party's government at the centre will not affect the temple cause,'' VHP general secretary Praveen Togadia told mediapersons here.
A grand Ram temple would be constructed at any cost, as it is associated with the sentiments of crores of Hindus, he said.
'The Ayodhya case is pending before the court and I am confident that the judgement will be in favour of the Hindus,'' he added.
Togadia said the third Vishwa Hindu Sammelan on the banks of the Ganga from February 11 would be attended by delegates from one lakh villages and 100 delegates from abroad.
Meanwhile, the two-day meeting of the 'Kendriya Marg Darshak Mandal' would take place on January 14 and 15 in the Ardh Kumbh Mela area, while the 'Dharam Sansad' would sit on January 16 and 17, he informed.
"At the sammelan, we will give shape to the temple movement,'' he said.
