Kasargod: Police arrest suspect in theft of electronics

Kasargod, Jan 30: Kasargod station police have arrested the main suspect who allegedly stole electronic items after entering a house near Badiadka Puttige.

The arrested has been identified as Puttige resident Shabir Ali (34). He is said to be employed in a restaurant in Kollam. The theft had occurred in the house of Puttige Bafali Phona resident Hasainar on December 9, 2014.

The thieves had entered the house by breaking the lock of the door when the residents were away and stole electronic gadgets and jewellery. Azeez and Sahad, two other suspects in the theft, were arrested a few days ago.
