Udupi, Jan 31: Social Democratic Party of India staged a protest against glorification of Godse on Friday January 30 , at near clock Tower, Udupi here under the title of ‘Gandhi Ke Qutil, Desh Ke Quatil’.

Anwar Sadat, president of SDPI Mangaluru Unit said that the committee always support preventing terror activities.

He also said during the occasion, "Gandhiji's philosophies belongs to all the communities without any discrimination of caste and religion. Gandhi was the only person, who fought by non-violence method and sacrificed his soul for this mother land."

Anwar further said that, the committee objects to constructing temple for Nathuram Godse who was responsible for the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi. He balmed the BJP government at Centre trying to support the goon culture in our country.

He assured on behalf of the committee that “they will always support all peaceful works “
