Mangaluru, Feb 14: World Cancer day was observed by medical surgical nursing department of Laxmi Memorial College of Nursing on February 12 in the outpatient department of A.J Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalore.

The students of Laxmi Memorial College of Nursing emphasized on the prevention of cancer through a role play.

On account of world cancer day poster presentation and quiz competition was held for the students. Dr. Larissa Martha Sams, Principal and the faculties of Laxmi Memorial College of Nursing were present during the occasion.
