Vijayapura, Feb 28: In an accident which occurred at Hokrani Cross near Muddebihal town in the district on Friday February 27 night, four persons lost their lives. The tragedy occurred when a motor bike on which four youngsters were seated was hit by a truck.
Mubar Chandsaab Mulla (19), Zubeda Abdul Razack Mudnal (18), Muktum Dastagirsaab Sankanal (18), and Yasin Lalesaab Dhavalagi (19) were killed on the spot.
All of them were residents of Mehaboobnagar in Muddebihal. They had visited nearby Mookihala village to take part in a religious programme. The catastrophe occurred when they were returning home.
A case was registered in Muddebihal police station in this connection.
