Sullia: Two accident - cyclist killed - another injured, hospitalized

Sullia, Mar 4: A local shopkeeper lost his life on Tuesday March 3 morning after being hit by a car at Gandhinagar here. Muhammed alias Cycle Mamachcha from Navoor, who was going in his bicycle to attend the early morning namaaz, was hit by a car driven by Seetharam from Ajjavara.

Muhammed, who sustained serious injuries in the accident, was killed on the spot. The accident occurred in front of the mosque at Gandhinagar here. The deceased was running a shop in the town.

In another accident which occurred between a motor bike and a tractor on Tuesday, the bike rider suffered grievous injuries and got admitted into a hospital in Mangaluru. The tractor was moving towards the town from Aletty, while the motor bike was bound for Aletty. Jayaram from Morangallu in Aletty was seriously injured in this accident.
