M'luru: Rakshith Shetty enters Guinness World Records

Mangaluru, Mar 4: Rakshith Shetty, a resident of Gurupur here, has entered the Guinness Book of World Records by running a distance of 10 km in animal costumes in a record 43 minutes and 2 seconds during the ‘TCS World 10 km Marathon’ held in Bengaluru recently.

He also set a record for being the fastest in the 10 km run at Mysuru dressed as a vegetable (in carrot costume).

Rakshith is a BCom graduate and employed in the department of purchase in Aswas.

He has participated in many such marathons across the country and won several awards. He is attempting to break more Guinness records.
