Mangaluru, Mar 6: Retired primary school teacher, Lucy Vas (84), a resident of Vani Vilas of Masthikatte gram in Moodbidri passed away in a private hospital at Kalyanpur on Thursday, March 5.

She had retired after working as a teacher at Vani Vilas Primary School for 35 years and was spending her retired life in her house at Masthikatte village.

Her last rites will be held on Sunday, March 8 at Moodbidri church, informed her relatives.
