Mangalore, Mar 3: The Pandeshwar police have arrested one more person in for possessing ammunition illegally on Friday March 2.
The arrested has been identified as Rajendra, an accomplice of Krishna Shetty alias Kitta. The latter is the prime accused in Nakre Diwakar Shetty murder case. The police team led by inpsector Venkatesh Prasanna has seized 2 rounds of live fire from his house at Bappukatte near Ullal.
It was only a couple of days ago that police had arrested Dhananjay, another accomplice of Kitty and seized a revolver and live fire from him. However, Rajendra had managed to escape from police on that day.
Rajendra was later produced before the court which remanded him to j15 days judicial custody.
