“However officials who came to Irwathur and Parlia in B Mooda grama of Bantwal taluk, Inoli in Mangaluru, Varkadi in Belthangadi taluk, Moodbidri and other places have filled form 3 in pencil, taken signature on blank forms and handed over xerox copies asking the people to fill them up saying that they will fill the forms later. They have also left those who are abroad from the census. They have left the forms in some shops asking the shopkeepers to get the forms filled by the customers saying that they will be collecting them later. When asked, the officials have given evasive replies saying that they do not have proper information”, they wrote.

As the move is to collect accurate information, I would suggest, DC and / or concerned authorities to publish the entire questionnaire or the form which needs to be completed to publish in every daily for few days. This will help the citizens to keep the required information handy and in turn this will simplify the task of CENSUS team.

Otherwise, one can not wait everyday taking leave from his work or important business.

Additionally, being one country, there should be one uniform policy. Regretfully, in India, every state with different ruling party follows different policies.
