Ajman, Jun 9: Over 7500 people are expected to benefit from the free health camp. This is going to be the largest free health camp organized by the Thumbay Hospitals.
To bring about health awareness to the people in the region, Thumbay (GMC) Hospitals in Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah and Fujairah will be organizing a free mega health camp on Friday the June 12 from 09.00 am to 04.00 pm.
We have been holding these camps regularly for many years as part of our corporate social responsibility, said Thumbay Moideen, founder president of Thumbay Group, who are the promoters of Thumbay (GMC) Hospitals in UAE. “We hold them twice a year, in June and September, and serve the needy. We strongly believe that healthy people make healthy nations and hence we contribute our might to address health issues regularly through such camps,“ he added. Every time we invite national and local associations and organizations, who promote and send their community members to benefit from the free services. This year also we expect many national associations to participate in the free mega health camp.
A team of specialized doctors, consultants, nurses and volunteers will conduct free consultations and checkups in cardiology, internal medicine, general surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedics, dermatology, family medicine, urology, nephrology, gastroenterology, neurology, pulmonology, dental specialties.
