New Delhi, June 16 (IANS): Wine brand Sula Vineyards has announced a live music platform, Sula Sessions, in association with Japanese beer brand Asahi.

With this, Sula Vineyards aims to provide an opportunity to some of the finest performers in the country to showcase their talent. Sula Sessions will be held once a month at prime venues in Pune and Bangalore, featuring artists and bands on the scene exclusively curated by saxophonist Ryan Sadri and his team at New Clear Ideas.

Over the next six months, performers will come together to form a live band, the Sun Collective, that will debut at the upcoming SulaFest 2016.

"Through Sulafest, we have curated the best of international and Indian bands over the past eight years. Sula Sessions aims to further reinforce this already existing stronghold whilst giving a platform to some of India's best talent.

"We want these live music nights to bring together music lovers, wine enthusiasts and gourmands from all walks of life to create a synergy that will make way for exciting collaborations. Finally, the creation of the Sun Collective is poised to be an important milestone for Sula Vineyards," Shraddha Nathani, associate vice president, marketing, Sula Vineyards, said in a statement.

The platform will create a much0needed platform for high quality live music experience both for the artists and audiences alike, says Ryan Sadri, partner, New Clear Ideas.

"These events will create great momentum in build up to their annual flagship property Sulafest and provide Indian bands/artists a quality platform to spread their music," Sadri added.
