Cindy Crawford looks vibrant on second India visit

Mumbai, June 18 (IANS): American supermodel Cindy Crawford -- known worldwide for her elegance and style -- looked vibrant, age-defying and stunning on her second visit to India on Thursday. She launched the new Constellation Pluma Collection of luxury watch brand Omega, which she has been endorsing for over two decades.

"I have been with brand for over 20 years. It's been more than the time since I am married. I evolved with the brand," Crawford, 49, said here.

"On my last trip to India, I was riding elephants," she recalled.

Before coming down to Mumbai, Crawford had shared that she was looking forward to "reconnecting with this wonderful country".

Once regarded as the highest paid model by Forbes magazine, she last visited India in 1998.

On Thursday night, Crawford will be part of a gala dinner. The event will also be attended by Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan, who is another international brand ambassador of Omega.

Looking stunning as ever in a simple shift dress, Crawford graciously posed for photographs while showcasing the new timepieces of the luxury Swiss watchmaker. Also present at the occasion was Raynald Aeschlimann, vice president and head of international sales, Omega.
