'Teen Wolf' renewed for season six

Los Angeles, July 10 (IANS): American TV series “Teen Wolf”, starring Tyler Posey, Crystal Reed and Dylan O'Brien, is heading back for a sixth season.

The renewal was announced at Comic-Con in San Diego on Thursday, reports variety.com.

“I knew the show was great. I never had expectations,” Posey said on the panel, reflecting on shooting the pilot. And that’s when series creator Jeff Davis told the cheering crowd that Posey and the rest of the cast would be returning for another season on MTV.

Last year, the season five renewal was also revealed on the show’s Comic-Con panel. This year marks the sixth consecutive one that “Teen Wolf” headed to the fest.

Posey and Davis were joined by cast members Cody Christian, Holland Roden, Dylan O’Brien and Shelley Hennig on the panel.
