Shraddha Kapoor rejects Dh5million offer to enjoy holiday with family.

Jul 24, (Emirates 247): Bollywood’s Shraddha Kapoor started her career with two flops – the ‘Teen Patti’ co starring Amitabh Bachchan and Ben Kinglsley followed by Yash Raj Films’ ‘Luv ka The End’.

So when she was cast for ‘Aashiqui 2’, many wondered why! But now after the girl has managed four biggies in a row – ‘Aashiqui 2’, ‘Ek Villain’, ‘Haider’ and ‘Any Body Can Dance 2’, the industry wants to work with her, and Shraddha is only too happy.

But, wait! Listen to what she has to say. “I want money, but only through the right films.” It is alleged that the actress recently refused a film where she was offered over Rs 9 crore (Dh5.17m). Instead she went on holiday with her parents and brother.

“I have always been pampered by my father. He has been taking care of all my needs. He also keeps calling to ask if I have eaten well, etc. I love sweets and he has always taken care of that. Now we went on a short family holiday to celebrate the success of our films. I want to reach a situation where I can take them on a holiday and I want enough money for that through the right films only,” says Kapoor.

“I have my genes from my dad Shakti Kapoor and aunt Padmini Kolhapure. I have learnt a lot from them. My father does advice me. He appreciates me when he seems me in good films and turns critic for the bad performances or the movies. He has taught me a lot about what is right or wrong,” says the actress.
