Kundapur, Aug 4: A youth who suffered serious injuries in an accident which occurred near Saibrakatte-Shirur junction within Kota police station limits on Sunday August 2, died at a hospital on Monday.
The youth had been injured in the said accident which occurred near Vighneshwara Cashew Industries near Saibrakatte. He was moving in his motor bike on the said road at around 6 pm on Sunday, when another bike collided with his vehicle. He had been shifted to Manipal Hospital for treatment after getting seriously injured.
His condition worsened and he succumbed to injuries on Monday. The deceased has been identified as Deepak Kamath (21), nephew of Rajesh nayak from Tekkatte in the taluk. A report about the accident stands filed in Kota police station.
