Ronan Keating, wife attend Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo

Edinburgh, Aug 21 (IANS): Former Boyzone band member Ronan Keating and Australian TV producer Storm Uechtriz, who got married at Archerfield House in East Lothian earlier this week, attended The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo as guests of the organisers.

Ahead of Thursday's sold-out performance, Keating spent time with some of the Tattoo performers.

"This event has been on my must-see list for a while and I'm thrilled to finally be here with my new wife Storm," he said in a statement.

Keating met members of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo including Tattoo Regimental Sergeant Major John Ford of the Scots Guards and Lone Piper Corporal Stuart Hunter -- the first serving RAF serviceman to assume the coveted role of Lone Piper.

Also attending Wednesday night's celebrated 66th Tattoo -- which is on until August 29 -- were close friends and family of the happy couple.

A star attraction in Britain, The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is an annual series of Military tattoos performed by British Armed Forces, and Commonwealth and International military bands.
