Mumbai, Aug 31: Anita Hassnandani who plays the role of Shagun in Yeh Hai Mohabattein is all set to be a part of the cast of Comedy Nights Bachao alongside Krishna and Sudesh as shown in the adverts that are being aired of late.

Speaking of her next venture which is in the field of insult comedy, the actress said, "Though the genre is insult comedy, it isn't like the AIB roast. The humour here still belongs to the nice, happy zone." She also expressed her ardent hope to improve with each episode in a show that was out of her comfort zone.

The actress who recently got married spoke of the 6 months of depression that she suffered when the movie 'Koi Aap Sa' opposite Aftab Shivdasani flopped at the box office despite her best efforts in the movie. The actress said, "I had done a film called Koi Aap Sa with Aftab Shivdasani. I had put in a lot of effort and was sure it would do well. However, when the film flopped, I went into depression for six months." when speaking to a leading daily.

Having learnt to distance herself from her work, no matter how important, the actress went on to say, "I have my family to fall back on. I am content. I started this journey when I was 16. I have done television and movies; I have worked in the south and delivered hits and flops. Now I am married. My priorities have changes but the journey has been beautiful."

She will soon be seen on the silver screen as the sweet sister-in-law of Athiya Shetty in the Salman Khan production venture 'Hero' that introduces Athiya Shetty and Sooraj Pancholi.
