M'luru: Muhurtha for tulu film Maarnemi to be held on Sep 6

Mangaluru, Sep 2: The muhurtha of one more Tulu film ‘Maarnemi’ produced under the banner of Shri Kateel Durgaparameshwari films and Thrisha combines will be held on September 6 at 8.30 am at Shri Manjunatheshwara temple, Kadri.



The announcement of the muhurtha for this film came during a press meet held here on Wednesday September 2.

The movie is produced under the direction of the experienced M D Mithun who has also produced other short films. Mithun is also the creator of the story, screen play and dialogue for the film. Music is by Dr Shamitha Malnad.

The movie features Rahul Amin and Shilpa Suvarna in the lead roles while others in the star cast include Divya Gowda, Ramesh Bhat, Arvind Bolaar, Vinith and Deviprasad. Kannada movie actress Thrisha is producer of the movie. Cinematography is by Swamy.

Speaking at the press meet director Mithun said, "The movie has a serious message with a mix of comedy. It is a youth oriented movie shot in Mangaluru, Bengaluru, Goa, Mumbai and Hassan."

Thrisha Gowda, Swamy, Devi Prasad and Divya were present at the press meet.
