Mumbai, Sep 2 (IANS): For her contribution to India's health care sector over the last couple of decades, Minnie Bodhanwala, CEO of Wadia Hospitals, has been bestowed with the Jan Kalyan Award by one of India's top brand management consultancies.
Two hospitals of the group – Mumbai-based Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children and Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity Hospital – were also presented “Rashtriya Pragati Award” and “Standard Certified Organisation Award” at the recently concluded 13th conference of All India Economy Survey Award Council (AIESAC).
AIESAC awards recognise the world’s best economic development programme and partnership, marketing materials and the year’s most influential leaders.
“I am thankful to the team of AIESAC who are doing a remarkable job of recognising organisations like us who in spite of being small are determined to bring together a significant change in the society,” Bodhanwala said on the occasion.
“It feels ecstatic to be honoured at such a distinguished platform and it encourages us to continue with our small endeavours, which I and my dedicated team are making in the field of healthcare,” Bodhanwala, who is credited with bringing on board various innovative ideas to change the face of health care at Wadia Hospitals, noted.
