Mangaluru, Sep 5: Viewers of Daijiworld 24x7 channel are in for a comedy treat, as new Tulu serial 'Kure Bhoje Chore Bhaskare' got rolling on Sunday September 6.

The Tulu comedy serial is being produced under the banner of Frame Production Home and Daijiworld 24x7. The muhurat for the serial was held at Daijiworld corporate office here on Sunday.

Renowned Tulu actor, director and producer Devdas Kapikad and Bollywood blockbuster 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' associate producer Rajessh Bhat inaugurated the occasion.

Addressing the gathering, Devdas Kapikad lauded Daijiworld for reaching a global audience with news and appreciating Daijiworld founder Walter Nandalike, he said, "It is commendable that Walter Nandalike supports theatre actors in Dubai too. Tulu serial 'Kure Bhoje Chore Bhaskare' is a good concept. May the serial witness huge success in the coming days".

He also expressed concern over frequent releases of Tulu films these days and said, "There are lot of films coming in the Tulu film industry, which is a good development. But while releasing films there should be coordination and time gap, so that all films get equal opportunity."

He also suggested use of various concepts in the upcoming serial.

Rajessh Bhat also lauded Daijiworld said that he was confident of seeing it grow as a national media in two years.
"There are great actors in Tulu cinema and theatre. If films are of good quality, story and direction, no one can beat Tulu industry," he said.

"I wish that this serial makes such an impact that viewers wait eagerly for each episode," he added.

Walter Nandalike, founder of Daijiworld lauded the team for its effort and credited Daijiworld's success to the entire team.

First of all thanks Daijiworld for supporting tulu language by broadcasting serials , comedy skits etc etc . Your channel really brought revolution in tulu language

it's a thrill to work in dramas. Because dialogues should be learned and to be delivered spontaneously. I too acted in many dramas until teen age . Still remember my golden days which I acted in many tulu dramas also some other KONKANI dramas . Especially my association with remy in Bajpe. We both are here now . But age factor , memory and work related issues prevents me from acting . Still I enjoy by watching them .
