Udupi: Youth arrested for sending indecent SMS to teacher

Udupi, Sep 11: Kaup police have a arrested a youth on Thursday, September 10 for sending indecent mobile messages to a teacher from Udyavar near here.

The arrested person is Akshay Kundar (20) from Bolje near Udyavar.

As per details, Akshay managed to get the teacher’s mobile number somehow and started sending her indecent and explicit messages from his mobile phone. When the teacher objected to his behaviour by phoning him, Akshay reportedly threatened her with consequences. The teacher who was disturbed by the developments complained to Kaup police regarding the matter.

Kaup police sub inspector Jagadish Reddy who took the matter seriously jumped into action without any delay. He went to Malpe port with the police personnel and apprehended the youth.

A case stands registered against the accused and he has been sent to one day judicial custody.

    @Harsha NewDehli,when Young and does mischiefs,should also know where and when to end.He is afterall 20years.when heart travels during teenage ,see that to bring to halt.go a proper way to end .why should he threaten her ?what type of Young man he is?it is not teenage but too much stupidity and aggressive.Such People should work hard ,where they dont have time to think such lower class thoughts.What would his parents think of him when it gets public.They will be ashamed of him.

    Very sad incident. The younger generation of Udupi Mangalore area has gone astray. Very sad indeed The elder people of society and social workers must make all efforts to teach moral lessons to younger generation. and make them responsible better human beings
