Boy travelling in tanker cabin falls on RoRo trolly, loses life

Kundapur, Sep 11: A young boy who was seated in a tanker that was being taken through RoRo service, fell down on the trolly of the train and died. His name has been given as Muzarali Ansari from Kerala.

A driver named Inamullah was taking his nephews, Afaralli Ansari and Muzarali Ansari with him, in the tanker which was then rode piggyback on a trolly of RoRo service of Konkan Railway provided between Kolad in Maharashtra and Suratkal. The tanker had been elevated to the trolly on September 5. The tanker was bound for Kerala, it is learnt.

When the RoRo train was moving on the tracks near Senapura station near Byndoor, Muzarali extended his hand to close the door of the tanker that had got opened. He slipped from the seat and fell on the trolly, which resulted in serious injuries for the boy. He was rushed to the government Wenlock Hospital at Mangaluru, where he lost his life on Thursday September 10.
