Kashmir’s special tea “qahwa" being served. (In fact 'qahwa' is coffee in Arabic. Possibly because of Arab-style coffee pot used, the name may have stuck.) Its ingredients include spices and dry fruits. It is served on special occasions. “Wazwan” is a special dish of kashmiris. it is a variety of mutton delicacies served on special occasions.

    You have done a beautiful job with the photos.I never would have thought that at this point of time,Kashmir would look this gorgeous.Gosh! I m so proud to be an Indian,to know we have something this beautiful on our land.Thank you for the photographs.
