Mangaluru, Sep 22: The 2nd inter parish ‘Haskule’ competition organized by Konkani Natak Sabha was held at the Don Bosco Hall here on Sunday September 20.
Paldane, Balkunje, Kateel, Bondel, Valencia, Surathkal and Bejai parishes took part in the competition.
Paldane parish bagged the first place, Kateel parish the second and Balkunje parish third place.
Richie John Pais, Felix Lasrado and Alwyn Veigas were the judges.
President Fr Peter Cyprian D’Souza welcomed the gathering. Prem Lobo and Judy D'Souza compered the programme. Convenor Cyril G Sequeira introduced the judges and announced the results. General secretary Sunil Menezes proposed the vote of thanks. Elias Fernandes, managing director of Four Winds Communications, convenor Dolla, Manglur and members of KNS were also present.
