Mangaluru, Sep 25: Pingara Rajyotsava Prasasti 2015 in its 11th year invites applications from any achiever local, state, national or international, born in DK Udupi and Kasargod districts. Anybody residing in any part of the world having a record of achievements in any field namely social, sports, cultural or with any selfless donations may either apply themselves or on behalf of the achievers as well wishers and send their application.
The last date for receiving applications is October 10.

A grand and formal function will be arranged on November 17. Mangaluru Bishop Dr Aloysius Paul D'Souza will hounour the awardee.

In 2009- Dr D Veerendra Heggade Dhamadhikari and president Dharmasthala Rural Development Project

In 2011- Dharmadarshi Harikrishna Punaroor for donating 101 houses to the poor on his own land and at his own cost
In 2012- Jaya C Suvarna for making Billava Maha Mandala and serving the poor of the community during his lifetime
In 2013- Eric Alfred Correa for building 98 houses for the poor and purchasing land
In 2014- Manasa Rehabilitation and Training Centre Pamboor of Catholic Sabha for training diasabled and mentally retarded children and winning at Olympic sports
