Mangalore, Jul 14: Four persons were injured when a Maruti Zen car and a bus collided at Tumbe on the national highway 48.
The private bus was reportedly plying from the city to Mangalore. The car is said to have been almost smashed as a result of the accident.
Among the four injured, the condition of Hidayatullah from Mangalore, Umar Farooq and Sheik Azimulla, residents of Maripalla, is said to be critical. They have been admitted to a private hospital.
A case has been registered at the Bantwal police station.
