Mangalore, Jul 28: Vehicles leaving Hampankatta for Kerala and Udupi are prohibited from using the Light House Hill Road for two days, Saturday and Sunday.

This has been necessitated by road maintenance work being undertaken on the road.

Udupi-bound vehicles: They will take a left turn at the signal circle and proceed to the PVS circle by using the Karnad Sadashiva Rao Road.

Kerala-bound and those going to Nantur: They will take the Falnir Road and proceed via Kankanady to their respective destinations.

All vehicles entering the city should use only the Balmatta road, said traffic police inspector Subrahmanya.
