Beltangady, Jul 28: The police have now decided to take the help of calligraphy experts to examine the alleged Naxals’ writings on the walls of Chandrashekhar Gore's house at Hatyadka here.

The alleged Naxals paid visit to Chandrasekhar’s house recently and according to the latter they threatened him and later wrote Naxal supporting slogans on the wall before returning empty-handed. But the police are still suspicious about this incident. It is still it is not clear whether the Naxals visited this house or the others misused their name.

Some sources have suspected that Chandrashekhar Gore himself created the story of Naxals visiting his house for reasons known only to him. He did it to divert his land dispute and keep away his brothers from this property, say a few of his neighbours.

The alleged writing on the wall by Naxals sought financial support to one Vithal Hegde, who is an activist from Shringeri.  This very thing has raised several eyebrows since Naxals never such kind of things and they usually write their slogans in red ink and not with the help of coal.

However, Naxals have denied that they visited Chandrashekhar's house.  Instead they have alleged that it is the handiwork of some local outfits who are bent on defaming the Naxal movement.
